FAQ


Do you offer gift wrapping service? Yes, the service includes our signature natural craft box with Psny logo with green ribbon and a gift card that includes a personalized note from you, when you request it. Go to Gift Ideas.
Which credit cards do you accept? We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.
Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the states of New York.
Is it safe to use credit card online? We guarantee that every transaction you make at pslingny.com will be 100 percent safe. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information. When you place orders or access your account information, SSL encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
How can I change or cancel my order? If you have not checked out yet, you can easily change the item or cancel by going back to the shopping cart. If you have already checked out and the order has been placed, you will need to contact us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com to make any changes to your order. We will cancel your order providing it has not already been processed or shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately contact us. If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to change and cancel order.
How can I track my order? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can also check the status of your order by contacting us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com.
What delivery service do you offer? Currently, we use USPS – Priority Mail for addresses in the U.S. For international order, USPS – Global Express Mail is our shipping method.

What is your return/exchange policy? A return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange slings after this two week window.
