A return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We
cannot refund or exchange slings after this two week window.
Slings must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and be in new condition.
We cannot accept any slings that are in any way damaged or altered from their
original condition. We cannot accept
a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. PLEASE
NOTE: Special orders cannot be returned.
You must have the original receipt or a gift receipt. We cannot accept any
returns or exchanges without either the original or a gift receipt.
All tags must be attached. We cannot accept any slings without these.
We do not refund shipping charges.
We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original
order back to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost
packages without proof of delivery.
Upon receipt of returned goods, pslingnewyork.com has the right
to deny credits if the merchandise
does not meet the company return policy
requirements.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. You
will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note
that your financial institution will likely take 7 business days to process and
post this transaction to your account once they have received the information
from pslingnewyork.com.
When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of
the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to
ship.

Complete the merchandise return/exchange form (included with your shipment) and
enclose with your return/exchange. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in
the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to the following

We are happy to put baby slings into our gift box with a gift card. If you
wish to send a card with your message, fill out the recipient's name, address,
and your message on the order form. Psny gift service includes our signature
natural craft box with Psny logo with green ribbon and a gift card that includes
a personalized note from you, when you request it. The recipient will receive
a blank invoice.
We also offer gift certificates for those who just can't decide or
would like the recipient to choose their
favorite sling. Our online gift certificates are redeemable at the
pslingnewyork.com online shop or
in Psny store in NYC. Gift Certificates
must be redeemed by the recipient. Gift certificates are non-transferable,
non-refundable and are not
redeemable for cash. The certificates do
not expire.
