Order& Payment

- - - - How to Shop - - - -
1. Add an item you want to order to your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button on the product detail page.

2. You will be shown your shopping cart for review. If you want to continue shopping more, click "continue shopping" and go back to the product pages. If you think of removing items from your cart, click "delete" button. If you are ready to checkout with the product in your shopping cart, click "Checkout" button.

3. At this point, if you have not registered with us before, you need to click on "Click here to create a New Account" to sign-up for a new account and enter customer information. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you used for the account.

4. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. Please write your order number down for your record.

5. You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm that your order was received and include your order number (If you have not received the first e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us because we might not accept your order promptly); the second will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include a tracking number for your package.

PLESE NOTE: If any of your items is currently out-of-stock or discontinued, you will receive an additional email after your order confirmation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, and P-sling New York gift certificates. pslingnewyork.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

- - - - Sales Tax - - - -
A Sales tax of 8.375% is added only to orders shipped to New York State. Shipments to outside of New York will not include a tax.

PLESE NOTE: All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing and we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct.

- - - - How to Change or Cancel an Order - - - -
You may cancel an item from your order, provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately contact us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com. Please understand that if your order has already been processed, it may be too late to change and cancel order.

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. In our shopping checkout process, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that allows for secure, private Internet communications to process your order. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately Therefore your personal information cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. A closed lock appeared in the lower right hand corner of a screen means that you are in a secure area. Your entire checkout process will be in this secure area.

We ship via USPS for both domestic orders (Priority Mail) and international orders (Global Express Mail). At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes.

PLESE NOTE: In case of shipping surcharge, pslingnewyork.com bears the excess of shipping fee. In general, you will receive your order within 2–3 business days after shipped from pslingnewyork.com. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands require additional days of shipping time.

- - - - Shipping rates for international delivery - - - -
International shipping charge depends on the total of the cost of the items, the weight of the package and its destination. Delivery time is varied according to each country. If you want to ship to international address,please contact us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com for the shipping charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Please keep in mind that shipments may be subject to the importing country’s policy on import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact with your local customs office before ordering from Pslingnewyork.com.

- - - - How to track your order - - - -
You will receive an e-mail for an order confirmation when your order has been received, and also shipping confirmation will be sent when your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can also contact us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com anytime for the status of your order.
