1. Add an item you want to order to your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD TO
CART" button on the product detail page.
2. You will be shown your shopping cart for review. If you want to continue
shopping more, click "continue shopping" and go back to the product pages. If
you think of removing items from your cart, click "delete" button. If you are
ready to checkout with the product in your shopping cart, click "Checkout"
button.
3. At this point, if you have not registered with us before, you need to click
on "Click here to create a New Account" to sign-up for a new account and enter
customer information. If you have already registered with us before, simply
sign-in using your email address and the password that you used for the
account.
4. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order
has been confirmed. Please write your order number down for your record.
5. You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order. The
first will confirm that your order was received and include your order number
(If you have not received the first e-mail within 24 hours of placing your
order, please contact us because we might not accept your order promptly); the
second will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will
include a tracking number for your package.
PLESE NOTE: If any of your items is currently
out-of-stock or discontinued, you will
receive an additional email after your
order confirmation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express
credit cards, and P-sling New York gift certificates. pslingnewyork.com
currently does not accept checks, cash or
money orders.
- - - - Sales Tax - - - -
A Sales tax of 8.375% is added only to orders shipped to New York State.
Shipments to outside of New York will not include a tax.
PLESE NOTE: All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to
processing and we will not ship orders unless all billing information is
correct.

You may cancel an item from your order, provided that it has not yet entered
the shipping process. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please
immediately contact us at customerservice@pslingnewyork.com.
Please understand that if your order has already been processed, it may be
too late to change and cancel order.

We ship via USPS for both domestic orders (Priority Mail) and international
orders (Global Express Mail). At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO
addresses and P.O. boxes.

International shipping charge depends on the
total of the cost of the items, the weight
of the package and its destination. Delivery
time is varied according to each country. If
you want to ship to international address,please

the shipping charge.

may be subject to the importing country’s
policy on import duties and taxes. It is the
responsibility of the recipient to cover these
costs. These charges vary and are charged when

shipping confirmation will be sent when your
